Dr. Jenna Ellis, CLINIC OWNER / CHIROPRACTOR

Approachable - problem solver - compassionate.

Owner of The Muskoka Wellness Co. - where she’s equal parts health clinic operator, tech whisperer, mop master and keeper of the extra clinic supplies!

Dr. Jenna Ellis started the clinic 6 years ago and has grown it to the wonderful multidisciplinary team we are today! She no longer sees chiropractic patients at the clinic but is still involved in every aspect of the daily operations of the clinic. She’ll often be the one answering the phone virtually when you call!

Fun Fact: 
- She has 3 daughters and is know as being ‘The Mom’ both at home and at the clinic.

- For constantly calling to check in on the clinic when she’s off site.

Are you ready to feel comfortable in your own skin again postpartum?

Whether you’re hoping to gain some confidence back, or hoping to get back to impact exercise, Dr. Wall is trained in providing postpartum exercise classes to build you back up again.

She runs a series of 6 small group classes focusing on diastasis-safe core and hip strengthening, pelvic floor function, postural support and mobility. These classes can be covered under extended health benefits if you have coverage for chiropractic care. You are also welcome to bring your baby.

Please reach out to us for more information and scheduling. Or, if you aren’t comfortable in a group setting Dr. Wall also offers one-on-one sessions to get you going.

Shelby, ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Bubbly, approachable, helpful.

Shelby is the smiley face behind our front desk, who is always available to answer any of your questions and meet all of your administrative needs. She recently completed my Advanced Diploma in TCM Acupuncture and am currently studying for my Pan-Canadian board exam!

In the future her practice will focus on;
* Infertility and pregnancy support 
* Mental health (and the mind and body connection)
* Chronic pain management (low back pain, neck pain, arthritis)

Dr. Karissa Wall starts with a thorough examination to get a good picture of where you’re at and then you work together to form an individualized treatment plan with methods you’re comfortable with, including a mixture of joint adjustments/mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, targeted exercise, stretching, laser therapy, acupuncture, etc. to achieve your unique goals.
