While exhibiting her artwork in Arizona, Liana stumbled upon Organic Einkorn Wheat Berries while on her personal quest for better health. Having researched the increasing rise of gluten intolerance in the general population, and having experienced negative side effects of the traditional North American grains being used, she was looking for an alternative source to create their breads, soups, and more importantly, pastas. After discovering Einkorn, she noticed it was not yet available in Canada, thus, she sourced out small quantities of Certified Organic Einkorn from artisan farmers of the Marche and Abruzzi regions of Italy.
