I'm excited to share that I am now offering Infant Craniosacral Therapy — a gentle, hands-on approach that supports babies with feeding challenges, tension patterns, colic, tongue ties, and more.

To help support families in our community who need this care right now, I’m offering 3 free in-home sessions to a small group of families in the Greater Sudbury area.

I am pleased to share that I have commenced my training in Craniosacral therapy for infants and babies!

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle approach aimed at releasing tissue and restrictions in the body. Tensions and holding patterns developed in utero and during birth can lead to various symptoms, such as shallow latch, rigidity or favoring one side, and difficulties in passing gas, and so much more.
