Did you know that the clavicle, or collar bone, is the only bone that attaches your arm to your spine. The scapula, or shoulder blade, is not directly attached to your spine but is connected through muscles and ligaments.

In this photo I am addressing a dysfunction connecting her clavicle to her sternum. The slight mobility in this joint is crucial for proper shoulder range of motion.
