I’ve been considering offering private reading circles for small groups of friends — where I come to your space and offer short, private one-on-one card readings, allowing intuitive and spirit-led messages to unfold naturally, for each person attending.

Each reading would be done individually, in a quiet space, similar to how sessions are offered in the studio — calm, respectful, and personal.

✨ Let’s Clear Up a Few Common Myths ✨

I hear these a lot, so I wanted to gently clear a few things up.💗

1️⃣.....
🚫 Myth: You have to “believe” in Reiki for it to work

✅️ Truth: Reiki works with the nervous system and the body’s natural relaxation response. Belief isn’t required — simply allowing yourself to rest is enough.

2️⃣.....
🚫 Myth: Sound therapy is just relaxing music

✅️ Truth: Sound therapy with weighted tuning forks uses targeted vibration and frequency to support pain relief, muscle relaxation, circulation, and physical function.

3️⃣.....
🚫 Myth: You have to feel something dramatic for it to be effective

✅️ Truth: Some people feel noticeable sensations, others feel subtle shifts, and some notice changes afterward. All of these are completely normal.

4️⃣.....
🚫 Myth: These sessions are only for “spiritual” people

✅️ Truth: Many people come simply because their body feels tense, overwhelmed, or in pain — no spiritual background needed.

5️⃣.....
🚫 Myth: Reiki and sound therapy are just placebos

✅️ Truth: Both practices work with the nervous system and the body’s physiological response to relaxation, vibration, and frequency. These responses are measurable — regardless of belief.

✨ At the core, this work supports the nervous system — creating the conditions the body needs to settle, regulate, and respond. It’s not about believing or performing, just allowing the body the space to do what it naturally knows how to do.

🎶 What to Expect During a Sound Therapy Session With Me🎶

My sound therapy sessions are designed to support pain relief, reduce inflammation, and help the body return to a more functional, balanced state.💗

I work with weighted tuning forks, each vibrating at different frequencies, and each chosen for a specific purpose related to pain relief, muscular tension, and joint support. The frequencies used are selected based on how your body responds and where support is most needed.

Because sound travels through the body via bone conduction, vibrations are carried efficiently through the skeletal system and surrounding tissues. This allows the work to support interconnected areas of the body, not just the point of contact.

During your session, the tuning forks are placed on or near areas of discomfort, restriction, or limited mobility. I also use custom end pieces on my forks, which allow the vibration to be applied more precisely and deeply into muscle tissue in a controlled, therapeutic way.

People commonly notice:

🎶 Reduced pain or discomfort
🎶 Muscles softening and tension easing
🎶 Improved range of motion and mobility
🎶 A calm, regulated nervous system

Some people feel changes during the session itself, while others notice improvement in the hours or days that follow.

Simply put, sound therapy is a complementary, frequency-based practice that uses vibration to support neuromuscular relaxation, circulation, and pain relief.

✨ What to Expect During a Reiki Session With Me ✨

My Reiki sessions are a little different than what you might expect—and intentionally so.💚

Over time, I’ve developed a style that blends sound, energy work, and traditional Reiki in a way that feels grounded and supportive of the nervous system.

Here’s how a session flows when you come see me🥰:

Each session begins with a full-body energetic scan using sound, allowing me to gently assess where energy feels out of alignment.

I then work with a specific set of tuning forks designed for Reiki to help clear, balance, and ground each energy center. This prepares the body to fully receive the healing that follows.

The second half of your session transitions into traditional hands-on Reiki, where you’ll rest comfortably as energy flows where it’s needed most.

People may experience:

✨️ Deep relaxation or a dream-like state
✨️ Warmth, tingling, or subtle movement
✨️ Emotional release or a sense of lightness
✨️ Feeling grounded, calm, or deeply rested

Some notice sensations during the session, others feel the effects afterward. Both are completely normal.

Reiki is very experiential. There is no right or wrong way to receive it—your body responds in the way it’s ready to.
