I’ve just been sitting here feeling really grateful lately
Like… truly grateful.

For every single follow, every like, every share, every kind word… all of it. I don’t take any of it lightly.🩷

This little space I’ve created means so much to me, and the fact that so many of you have chosen to be here, to support me, and to trust me along the way… it honestly means more than I can put into words.

This journey hasn’t always been easy, but moments like this remind me why I started in the first place.

Most people know me for Reiki and sound therapy, but this is another beautiful treatment I offer that many people don’t realize is available.

This gentle facial treatment combines traditional gua sha massage with the subtle vibration of tuning forks to help:

• Ease sinus pressure and congestion
• Reduce facial tension and puffiness
• Encourage healthy lymphatic flow
• Promote relaxation

It’s especially helpful for anyone who deals with sinus pressure, headaches, jaw tension, or seasonal congestion.

Many of you know I use tuning forks in my sessions at Breathe & Bloom Wellness Studio — but what you might not know is that some of my pieces are custom made.

By my husband.

Yes. The machinist. The man who can literally turn a block of metal into whatever I envision for my healing work. 🔥

When I say my sessions are handcrafted with intention… I mean that in more ways than one.

It’s pretty special having someone who supports my work like this — and even cooler knowing a bit of his craftsmanship becomes part of the healing space I hold for you.

My studio might look soft and colorful, but the work is very real.

I help people who are dealing with pain, tension, inflammation, and bodies that feel worn down from everyday life.

I love creating a calm, welcoming space — but my focus is ☆always☆ on helping you actually feel better in your body.

Reiki and sound therapy support the body’s natural relaxation response, while intuitive guidance offers insight and reflection when things feel unclear.

I’ve been considering offering private reading circles for small groups of friends — where I come to your space and offer short, private one-on-one card readings, allowing intuitive and spirit-led messages to unfold naturally, for each person attending.

Each reading would be done individually, in a quiet space, similar to how sessions are offered in the studio — calm, respectful, and personal.
