In my Reiki sessions, I work with flower essences like Rock Rose, a Bach Flower Remedy known for supporting moments of deep fear, shock, and emotional overwhelm 🤍

Rock Rose works on a subtle level, helping the body and spirit soften out of fight-or-flight and into rest, trust, and grounding.

Each session is guided by intuition and the client’s needs. It’s the little details that make my reiki sessions even more meaningful ♥️
I’m here to fully support you during your healing sessions. From crystals, roses, rose oils and flower essences, every detail is chosen with intention to create a nurturing and heart-healing space for my clients

Loving these heart opening Reiki sessions ♥️
This weekends sessions were infused with the
gentle power of rose petals🌹
Roses carry one of the highest vibrational frequencies and are deeply connected to the heart chakra, helping to soften, open, and restore emotional balance.

Just as I intuitively work with crystals during my Reiki sessions, roses are another beautiful tool I use to support the healing process(when I have some available)Their energy brings comfort, love, and a sense of being held—allowing the heart to relax and receive on a deeper level.

Every element in a session with me is chosen with intention and purpose ✨🌹
Reiki healing isn’t one-size-fits-all approach, it’s about listening deeply to the client and their body, and responding with intuitive touch, energy, frequency, and love ♥️

✨ Reiki Healing Water Cleanse ✨

This unique service takes place on a warm massage bed beneath gentle overhead water showers, allowing water to flow over your body as you fully surrender into relaxation. As the water washes away tension, and old energies that no longer serve you, I massage the body with exfoliating salts to gently remove dead skin, stimulate circulation, and support lymphatic drainage. Your skin is then deeply hydrated with moisturizing oils while you receive a calming Reiki healing session to clear stagnant energy and restore balance.

✨ Community Reiki Meditation & Group Healing Evening ✨

I’m so excited to invite you to a peaceful evening of rest, relaxation, and gentle energy healing 🤍

This will be a group Reiki-infused meditation, designed to help calm the nervous system, release stress, and support your body’s natural healing—perfect if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tired, or simply in need of quiet time.

✨ What to expect:
• Guided meditations
•Reiki energy flowing to the group
• A calming, supportive atmosphere
• A very relaxing experience
• Gentle sound healing and stillness to deepen the experience

✨ What to bring:
• A yoga mat, blanket and pillow if you’d like to lie down
• You’re also welcome to sit in a chair—whatever feels most comfortable. Chairs are provided
•Reiki and crystal infused water will be provided but you may bring your own as well if you prefer
• Optional: your favourite crystal and eye mask

No experience with Reiki or meditation is needed. Just come as you are and allow yourself to rest and to release what no longer serves you 💆🏻‍♀️
