Carlina is a Registered Kinesiologist.
She has been with us at Kinnect to Wellness for over 3 years helping people:
✔️Become stronger to prepare for hip and or knee replacement surgery. ✔️Develop exercise programs to improve painful joints, rebalance muscles to address various injury or pain concerns.
✔️Keeping our older adults moving and laughing in our fitness classes.

She is also our educator for safe lift training in long term care.

Denise leads a group of amazing people who challenge their Parkinson’s Disease using exercise. We are supported by the local Parkinson’s support group and the older adult centre at the YMCA.
Our class is offered every Monday at 11am and Thursday at 1pm. If you or anyone you know have been diagnosed with PD, our group is supportive and fun and we always have a laugh or 2 together 😀
