Welcome to my peaceful haven, I hope you enjoy my little piece of heaven! My name is Lissa Kendziora. I reside in Sudbury, Ontario in Canada with my wonderful husband, amazing daughter and incredible son! My educational background consists of Police Foundations, Social Work, as well as Law and Justice. I am currently an Administrative Clerk/ Medical Secretary for the Student Services Department at one of our local Colleges. I love working with students and assisting them with navigation of our services.
I was a Rehabilitation Practitioner in the Mental Health field for 15 years. Living with mental health concerns myself, I have learnt a lot about myself, my wants, my needs, my desires and much more. I must say that I have amazing loving supports that assisted and guided me in my life's journey. It sure has been extremely challenging and yet very rewarding at the same time. I empowered many individuals in finding meaningful purpose into their lives. I believe everything happens for a reason.
I also have been studying martial arts for more than half of my life which is and has been a fabulous grounding tool for me, I am a third degree black belt in Korean Martial Arts (KMAC). To be honest, the last decade as been a wild ride and I have been as active since having my children. I have been training with my daughter and I love it! We enjoy practicing mindfulness activities, meditation and some yoga! I am focusing on being one with mind, body and soul!
I love working and helping people, I am an empath and a lightworker. I am a Reiki Practitioner, a Certified Angel Card Reader, as well as a Certified Archangel Life Coach. I have also received a Professional Life Purpose Coach Certification and Life Purpose Coach Certification. I enjoy learning and working my personal wellness goals.
I love spending time with my family, my friends, going for picnics at Bell Park, practicing martial arts, cooking, hosting gatherings (not as much since the pandemic), doing meditations, learning about angels, crystals and gemstones.
