- Certified in Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT).
- Lorrie holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Laurentian University, a Masters of Clinical Science Degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Doctorate in Audiology from A.T. Stills University in Arizona.
- Lorrie always encourages significant others and family members to take part in appointments and educational classes.
