Meet Buddy! He is this week's Pet of the Week and is available for adoption through the Greater Sudbury Animal Shelter!
Here's a little bit about him:
We'd like to highlight Buddy for a second time. We originally made Buddy our pet of the week back in December and unfortunately he is still here. We're hoping that by highlighting him again, he'll finally get the chance he deserves!
"The longer Buddy stays with us, the more we get to know (and love!) who he truly is. Buddy Holly is amazing with kids—he absolutely adores cuddles, belly rubs, and all the scratches little hands are willing to give. He’s a huge cuddle bug who loves to press his face right into your chest and soak up every bit of affection. He’s happiest when he’s close to his people.
Buddy has a strong prey drive, so he’ll need a home without animals smaller than him. What he also has is a big, classic husky personality! Buddy is a very vocal dog and loves to bark and growl while he plays. He’s not trying to be mean or scary at all—he’s just expressing himself and having fun.
This sweet, expressive boy is ready for a home that understands huskies, appreciates his talkative nature, and has plenty of room for snuggles.
