🌿 March Self-Care Challenge 🌿

As part of Ava’s Self-Care Hour, we’re inviting everyone to take part in our March Self-Care Challenge!

Each square includes a small activity designed to support different areas of well-being, from physical and emotional wellness to social connection and mindfulness.

Try completing a few throughout the month or challenge yourself to see how many you can check off. Small daily habits can make a big difference!

🎨 Make and Do Reminder!

Join us tomorrow, March 10 at 10:00 A.M. for our Make and Do activity!

This session, we’ll be turning old t-shirts into reusable shopping bags. If you’re planning to attend, please remember to bring an old t-shirt with you to use for the activity.

Direct Funding was at The Parkside Older Adult Centre for the Seniors Active Living Fair!
