This milestone 20th edition will bring together over 1,200 participants aged 55+, competing in 16 sports with the support of more than 200 volunteers. Hosted by the City of Greater Sudbury and supported by the Ontario Government through the Games Ontario program, the event promotes active living, community spirit, and friendly competition. Let the countdown begin!

However with perseverance and dedication to our facility, each year we are able to provide new enhancements that only benefit you. We are always looking to increase our staff by giving you access to all types of services from qualified personnel. We currently offer Acupuncture/RMT, Aromatherapy, Athletic Therapy, Body Scrub, Concussion Rehabilitation, Couples Massage, Cupping Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Rocks Massage, Kinesiology Services, Lymphatic Drainage, Personal Training, Prenatal Massage, Relaxation Massage, Sport/Event Coverage and Thai Massage. We also sell a variety of therapy supplies such as braces of all kinds, Rock Tape and Biofreeze. We always strive to increase your patient experience and this will never change.
