2U4U Health & Family Fitness offers a variety of programs. I am new to the market so I wave the $150 consultation fee that many gyms impose. 2U4U Health & Family Fitness uses measurements instead of lbs or kgs to mark improvement. In the beginning of many exercise programs or diets people will loose water weight sometimes up to 10 lbs in a week. This gives a great boost until the following weeks of hard work only show a 1-3 lb loss. By using measurments, the gradual and constant shrinking of trouble spots is a constant motivation. The economic package:

A free fitness consultation and 1 session a week for 10 weeks for $550. This is for the client that just needs someone to answer to and some direction. The clients that would benifit from this program must be highly motivated and goal oriented. The consultation is where the client and trainer go over a needs and goals assessment. This helps to make a program the client can follow and stick to. The first session is to work through the program Perscription and make any needed changes and review their food journal if one was warrented. Every 4 weeks and the last session, we check the goals by taking measurements to see the improvements made. No time to lose package:

A free fitness consultation and 5 session a week for 12 weeks for $3300. This is for the client that needs a lot of motivation and has little time to reach a goal. The clients that would benefit from this program are 20-30 over their ideal mass,less motivated and not very goal oriented. The consultation is where the client and trainer go over a needs and goals assesment and relapse tools. Every 4 weeks and the last session, we check the goals by taking measurements to see the improvments made. Healthy living package:

A free fitness consultation and 3-5 session a week for 6 months for $55/session. This is for the client that wants to get a healthy body and healthy habbits. The clients that would benefit from this program must be ready and willig to change. This package is designed to teach people how to include exercise and healthy food choices using the food guide to get and stay healthy. The consultation is where the client and trainer go over a needs and goals assesment. Maintnance package:

A free fitness consultation and 2-3 session a week for 12 weeks for $55/session. This is for the client that has reached their ideal body shape and wish to keep it. The clients that would benefit from this program need some motivation and encouragment. Food journal: Each client gets to use this tool if they want it. The food journal is a tool 2U4U Health & Family Fitness uses to give clients a realistic view of their eating habits. I go through the journal to see if they are meeting the daily requirements as put forth by the american food guide (I use the american food guide because it separates the fruits and vegetables). If they are not I show them where they are too high or low and make suggestions for them to try. If this does not help them, I point them in the direction of a nutrionist(until I get certified in nutrition myself.) These programs go hand in hand with our packages. Flexibility and Rehabilitation:

Most people have muscle imbalances in their body, resulting in lower back pain, joint pain and many other areas of discomfort. Imbalances can occur from many things: A birth defect, injuries from sports or car accidents, over use of muscle groups over the years or work related injuries from being stationary in one position for to long can leet to muscle imbalance.

The client and 2U4U Health & Family Fitness colaborate to make a customized program to work safely throughout a pregnancy. Exercise provides a variety of benefits, such as reduced pregnancy discomforts, improved sleep, increased energy, reduction in mood swings and preparation for labour and delivery. Exercise is also an effective way of keeping weight gain to a healthy level, and prevent excess fat from being deposited by boosting your metabolism. This results in a positive and uplifting experience, with a reduction in postpartum depression. Sports-Specific:

I create comprehensive training programs to improve core strength and balance, increase explosive power, and enhance agility and speed while at the same time focus on instilling athletes with proper knowledge of form and technique. 2U4U Family Health & Fitness can create a workout designed for two different individuals wishing to gain muscle or lose body mass at the same time. Attention is lost in a two-on-one training session because our focus is to maximize intensity and focus on each client’s individual goals while keeping it safe and challenging. Small Group Training (3-5 people):

Small Group Training gives clients the benefits of One-on-One and Two-on-One personal training, but with the added intensity of exercising with a small group and achieving similar goals. Small group training is affordable and fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education, and social support. 2U4U Family Health & Fitness combines resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning using what is on hand for equipment in a timed intensity principle aimed at helping our clients burn the most amount of calories in a session while strengtheing your core stability and reducing body fat.
