Integrative Medical Care is evolving at Pure Wellness Group!

We now offer integrative medical consultations with Phil Beauchamp, a Nurse Practitioner as part of the PWG care team.

This service is designed for two groups of patients:

🌱Existing PWG patients who would like primary-care–style medical services—such as prescriptions, lab interpretation, and referrals—delivered within an integrative clinic they already trust.

🌱 New patients who are interested in integrative and functional care and would like to begin with a Nurse Practitioner as their entry point into the clinic.

Care is collaborative, medically grounded, and coordinated with our naturopathic and IV services when appropriate.

Medical Receptionist / Administrator

Pure Wellness Group is seeking a motivated and dedicated Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy clinical team. We are looking for an individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and brings extensive experience working with customers or patients.

Position Details
- Start date: April 1st
- In-office position (no remote work)
- Monday through Thursday
- Approximately 9 hours per day
- Occasional Friday and evening shifts will be required based on clinic needs

Key Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and providing exceptional front-desk service
- Managing appointment scheduling and patient flow
- Answering phone calls and handling inquiries
- Processing intake forms and maintaining accurate patient records
- Coordinating with practitioners and clinical staff
- Processing payments and issuing receipts
- Supporting administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations

Qualifications & Attributes
- Customer service or patient-facing experience required
- Experience in medical or healthcare settings preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Reliable and dependable
- Tech-savvy with comfort using scheduling software and electronic records

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay details will be discussed during the interview process only
- Benefits will be offered after a trial period

Who do we serve?

We serve women who crave more. Often they are at a very critical time of crossroads in their life or in some form of crisis, either health, loneliness, disconnection from self or instincts.

Carolyn Myss says, “Our life crises tell us that we need to break free of beliefs that no longer serve our personal development. We must choose to change or stay stagnant. This inevitably means letting go at some level."

We are an inclusive community aware that the women attracted to our collective are so because they choose to break free from what no longer serves them.
