Above all I am a mother of four incredible little beings. I am an educator and my first career was a post-secondary Prof. You will see that come across in my Coaching style. I am a kettlebell and fitness enthusiast, sometimes a runner, yoga instructor and Nutrition Coach and Mindset Coach. I speak from the heart and have no filter left to tolerate bull sh*t. All that once was in my life has changed. If you have experienced a significant change in your way of being perhaps you will find company here. Are you READY for our September programming!?

We have so many ways for you to get started this September.

Fitness and Cycle Basics - These are FREE quick start sessions. 15-20 minutes with a small group before classes start. Sundays at 8:55AM on Lorne (Fitness), Mondays at 5:15PM Valley East (Fitness) and Cycle on Sundays at 10:15AM on Lorne. Starts September 7!

Fundamentals series! Our 4 week Fitness Fundamentals runs at BOTH locations on Tuesdays at 6:30PM. Starts September 9th!
Cycle 101 is also a 4 week intro and it starts on Monday September 8th - 6:30PM!

Pilates!!
We have 3 options for you to get started in Pilates.

***STARTS September 3***
Beginner Mat Pilates - on Mondays and Wednesdays - this is an extended intro to Pilates at 5:15PM on Lorne Street.

Our regular Intro to Mat Pilates will be three Sundays, one at Lorne starting September 7 and one in the Valley starting September 14.

All of these start up programs require pre-registration!!

You’ve heard the hype—now it’s your time to try.

Here’s what to expect:

I am Michelle. Above all I am a mother of four incredible little beings. I am a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Agatsu Kettlebell Coach and Healthy Eating Coach. I am a coach who also participates fully as a fitness enthusiast, a runner and yogi. I speak from the heart and have no filter left to tolerate bull s**t.

How can I relate to you? As a coach I feel it’s important to be able to relate to my clients. I am a remarried widow by su***de, how’s that for a label? I have been overweight, I have been depressed, I have experienced grief, I still struggle with my own mental health. All that once was in my life has changed. If you have experienced a significant change in your way of being perhaps you will find you can relate to me. This is My Round Two. I would be honoured to help you find yours.
