Above all I am a mother of four incredible little beings. I am an educator and my first career was a post-secondary Prof. You will see that come across in my Coaching style. I am a kettlebell and fitness enthusiast, sometimes a runner, yoga instructor and Nutrition Coach and Mindset Coach. I speak from the heart and have no filter left to tolerate bull sh*t. All that once was in my life has changed. If you have experienced a significant change in your way of being perhaps you will find company here. This site is about my journey back to living a full life, my transformation. This is My Round Two.

Already 42 tickets gone. This event WILL sell out.

The Strong and Calm-a-thon is back, and we’re calling on our community to help make fitness more accessible for women across Sudbury.

The event is Sunday, March 8, from 12:00 to 3:00 pm. The most epic way to celebrate International Women’s Day!

Funds raised support pelvic floor physiotherapy, chiropractic care, gym memberships, and access to the facility closest to each woman, because movement and healing should not be a luxury.

Class selection opens February 28 at 8 AM, and it will be a frenzy. You must be registered to choose your classes.

Locations include 1010 Lorne, Valley East, and additional partner locations coming soon.

Capacity is limited to 130 spots.

New to reformer? We’ve got you.

We offer reformer Pilates with a few different class options. To get started, everyone takes R | Ready or R | Essentials first. It helps you feel confident, keeps the class flowing, and makes sure no one feels lost.

You’ll find these intro classes in the app. If R | Essentials or R | Ready isn’t showing, it just means it’s full. Send us a message, and we’ll let you know when the next one opens.

Start slow. Learn the basics. We’ll take it from there.

If you spend some time on our socials you may have seen a survey we included in our storyline a week or so ago. One of the requests in that survey was this:

“No child care for those who’s partners are shift workers makes weekly workout goals hard ie 1 or 2 classes a week but monthly could go to 4-8 times multiple in one week and 0 in another”

This comment has lead to the creation of a new class in Valley East and a new membership available for either of our locations.

Before I tell you about that I want to be clear on something. We cannot accommodate every request. I am a Commerce grad with an MBA, business decisions need to make sense FIRST and I am hard core on the marketing concept of, “we are not everything to everyone.” BUT…this request makes sense based on the CORE of who we are as brand.

So…here is what we are trialing and launching today.

Staring Feb 17 in our Valley East location, an evening version of our “Momma Strong” class. Aimed at Mommas who are back to work, but still have limited child care, for whatever reason. While we do allow children to chill in our Patio during SOME classes, this requires a child to be old enough to be self sufficient for about 50 minutes…which is not always possible.

In your App under Valley East you will find VE-Evening Momma Strong. We are running this as four week trial - show us that there is demand and we will keep it! Sudbury, if we need a version of this on Lorne, reach out and we will see if we can find a time slot and Coach.

Next up…the second part of that comment. A more flexible membership. Meet the Badass Flex.

By request! Ideal for those who are shift workers or who have limited child care to be able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule. The FLEX membership allows you 10 classes per month. So if you need to come 6 times one week and once the next...this will work for you!

Investment: $145/month, plus tax.

I’m really big on transparency so here’s a walk through on how we priced this. The costs per class listed below are based on 4.3 weeks in a month.

Cost per class per membership
The Sampler $95 (5 Class Pass) - $19
Commitment Issues $175 (10 Class Pass) - $17.50

Mini Badass $69 - $16.04
Lite Badass $109 - $12.67
Classic Badass $139 - $10.77
Extreme Badass $169 - $9.82 (based on 4 classes per week)

So….the Flex membership will put you at less than a 10 class pass, but more than our weekly limited memberships. $14.50 per class.

We hope this will help the shift workers of the world and create a membership option for those who have a more irregular schedule. Initial commitment is 3 months, as always, and two weeks notice is required to cancel. Know someone who needs these new options? Share, tag, do your thaaannng!!

Hey hey Sudbury! We hear YOUUUUU!!

This morning our only R|Ready on the schedule was full…so we have added some more and planned our next Reformer Essentials.

Reminders on which choice is right for you.

Choose R|Ready if you have previous Pilates Mat experience and a strong base of Pilates knowledge, but limited or no Reformer experience.

Choose R|Essentials if you are new to Pilates and new to Reformer or is you simply feel you need more time to learn a new activity.

PLUS we have designed another level of “entry”. We have had several requests from experienced participants to have a way to “Challenge” our required sessions. We get it, but we still need to make sure you know our Reformers, have the base knowledge we expect in our classes and have a little tour of the space.

And so…R|Challenge is born.

R | Challenge

A complimentary, high‑level assessment class for experienced Reformer clients who believe they’re ready to skip R | Ready and move directly into our Reformer classes or R | Solo sessions. This session blends a studio tour, equipment orientation, and a series of advanced movement checkpoints designed to confirm you have the control, awareness, and Reformer experience required for our programming.

Perfect for seasoned practitioners, clients transferring from other studios, or anyone confident in their skills who wants to “meet the machines” and demonstrate readiness. Free to attend, but registration is required.

How can I relate to you? As a coach I feel it’s important to be able to relate to my clients. I am a remarried widow by su***de, how’s that for a label? I have been overweight, I have been depressed, I have experienced grief, I still struggle with my own mental health. All that once was in my life has changed.
