It’s not quite (Vermut Hour) here in Spain (usually around 1pm before lunch) but I like starting my night of tapas or pinchos with a vermouth to get my palate and tummy ready for the night ahead. A perfect aperitivo!
When you’re at for pinchos on Fridays, you can feel like you’re sipping with me - ask the staff which vermouth I’m loving lately!
We charge by the ounce so you can try a few!
