Everyday habits you think are normal…
but your body is quietly compensating for 👇

• Standing in line and always shifting onto one hip

Long before that, your body was already adjusting…
shifting how you sit, how you move, how you train — just to keep you going.
The thing is, those small compensations add up.
And eventually, something has to take the load.
That’s when you feel it.

💡 If you want to catch it earlier, start paying attention to:
• constantly shifting positions or never feeling “comfortable”
• one side feeling tighter, heavier, or doing more work
• needing to stretch the same spot over and over
• movements you subtly avoid or modify
Those are early signs your body is working around something — not through it.

The goal isn’t just to get out of pain…
it’s to understand what your body has been compensating for before it gets there.
