If you’re someone who feels like your pelvis is always tilted forward, or your low back gets tight when you try to “stand tall” this one’s for you.

Try this WALL TEST:
1️⃣ Stand with heels, hips, ribs, and head touching the wall.
2️⃣ Soften your knees.
3️⃣ Exhale gently and tuck your pelvis slightly (zip p***c bone toward belly button).
4️⃣ Keep your ribs stacked over your pelvis (no arching or rib flare)👀
5️⃣ Take 5 slow breaths while holding that position.

If it feels awkward or hard to keep contact points your pelvis is likely sitting too far forward.

Practice this a few times a day to start retraining your alignment. 🧍‍♀️

Today’s focus: the neck (aka the cervical spine).

Tightness in this area can affect so much more than you’d think. From how freely your ribs move to how nerves and blood flow travel down the arms. Sometimes even old scar tissue (like after thyroid surgery) can limit movement and cause tension to build up in unexpected ways.

Everything in the body is connected so when one area gets stuck, it can ripple through the rest. That’s why we always check how everything moves together.
