We're so excited to announce THREE new classes at DTRC. 🤩
Starting April 20th, Intro to Clean & Jerk will be at 5 pm, and Intro to Strength Training will be 6 pm.
🏋🏻♂️The Clean & Jerk is about moving weight efficiently, not muscling it.
You’ll learn:
• Clean setup, pull, and rack position
• Jerk footwork and overhead stability
• How to link the lift smoothly and safely
💪Intro to Strength Training is designed for people who want to get stronger without guessing.
You’ll learn:
• Squat, hinge, push, pull, brace
• Lift safely and efficiently
• Build real-world strength
