There’s something incredibly powerful about being in a room filled with women who are showing up for their work, their families, and often everyone else while quietly navigating major changes in their own bodies and health.
Speaking at this women’s event was a reminder of why supporting women’s health isn’t a “nice to have.” It’s essential. From perimenopause to post-menopause and everything in between, these transitions are real, they’re impactful, and they deserve understanding, compassion, and support both at home and in the workplace.
That’s exactly why I’m so excited to have officially launched my Menopause at Work program helping organizations create more informed, supportive, and psychologically safe environments for women and the people who work alongside them.
Over the past few months, while working and living in Costa Rica, I’ve been continuing this work behind the scenes — developing programs, having conversations, and building what’s next. I’ll be sharing more updates soon, and I can’t wait to bring you along.
Because when we support women’s health, we don’t just support individuals — we strengthen workplaces, families, and communities.
