We are doing the secret Santa gift again this year for all my patrons. We are also taking 10% off all sales from this Saturday to December 13th of this year and giving it to a family or person in need for Christmas. We will have a ballot box available for anybody that wants to nominate someone from the community. We will draw a name on December 13th. We will give them their donation in private if they so choose not to be named. The secret Santa gift will be drawn on December 20th. Good luck and thank you for supporting our small business and giving back to the community.

Official Announcement: Permanent Store Closure

To our valued customers and community,

After much thought and consideration, I must announce the permanent closure of Herbal Remedies Natural Teas Apothecary & Café at 252 Ester Street, Sudbury, effective November 1, 2025.

This difficult decision comes after a period of ongoing unsafe and unsuitable conditions beyond our control. Despite our best efforts to maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment, circumstances related to the space have made it impossible to continue operations safely or ethically.

The well-being of our customers, staff, and the integrity of our certified kitchen and apothecary remained my top priority.
All outstanding orders, gift cards, and subscriptions will continue to be honoured, refunded, or fulfilled as arrangements are made.

Although our physical storefront is closing, this is not the end of Herbal Remedies Natural Teas. I will continue sharing herbal knowledge, blends, and community offerings through new avenues including future pop-ups, collaborations, and online projects.
