"Earlier this week, Natt Safety Services conducted a planned mock rescue drill inside one of the furnaces in our heat treatment area at the industrial centre. The drill simulated a confined space emergency, where the team quickly located a life-sized mannequin, secured it to a Sked®, and safely removed it in record time.
Exercises like this are a proactive way to prepare for emergencies and help keep everyone on site safe."
Our Confined Space Safety Specialist, Sue Pelletier said "Exercises like these are an essential part of what we do. Mock rescues allow our team to continually refine our skills, validate our procedures, and ensure we’re fully prepared to respond effectively when it matters most. They also provide a great opportunity to demonstrate our capabilities and share best practices with industry partners."
