As a Registered Massage Therapist, Heather Keaney provides evidence-informed, whole-body treatment for clients of all ages—from newborns to adults. With advanced training in myofascial release, infant craniosacral therapy, muscle energy techniques, TMJ treatment, matrix repatterning, and TMB™ techniques, Heather focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of pain, tension, and dysfunction rather than just the symptoms.

In her work with infants, Heather gently relieves tension patterns caused by positioning in utero or during birth. These restrictions can contribute to feeding challenges, increased oral tension with or without tethered oral tissues, digestive discomfort, asymmetrical movement, difficulty sleeping or settling, and colic. By releasing these fascial and cranial restrictions, she helps babies feed more comfortably, move more freely, rest more easily, and progress through developmental stages with greater ease.

Heather’s calm, approachable demeanour creates a safe, comforting environment for families. Whether supporting adults through chronic pain or helping parents understand the signs a baby may benefit from bodywork, her goal remains the same: to restore ease, balance, and optimal function throughout the body so her clients can feel and live better.
