Jaw pain and sleep issues?
You stretch your neck.
Rub your jaw.
Change pillows.
Take Advil.
But you still wake up exhausted, tight, foggy, and needing coffee just to function.
Most people assume it’s “just stress.”
But what if your jaw pain is actually connected to how you’re breathing at night?
I see this all the time.
When the body struggles to breathe properly during sleep, the jaw and neck muscles can tense up to help keep the airway open.
Over time, this can lead to:
Jaw pain
Teeth grinding
Neck tension
Headaches
Poor sleep
Constant fatigue
And many people have no idea sleep disordered breathing could be the reason.
If you wake up tired, sore, foggy, or unrested… don’t ignore it.
Comment or DM me “QUIZ” and I’ll send you a quick assessment to see if you may be at risk for sleep disordered breathing.
