Health Sciences North Centre for Prehospital Care The Centre for Prehospital Care endeavors to be leaders in the advancements in prehospital medicine through innovation, research and education.

Health Sciences North (HSN) Centre for Prehospital Care (CPC) is responsible for providing medical oversight for over 680 paramedics across Northeastern Ontario in accordance with the Provincial Advanced Life Support Patient Care Standards. HSN CPC provides medical delegation, online medical direction and control, certification, continuing quality improvement and medical education for these paramedics.
