Please note due to unforeseen circumstances NEOMO medical and North Care Pharmacy will be closed March 26th, 2026 until at least 1 PM today. All rebooked appointments will be called at some point today or tomorrow. Anyone who signed up for the same day clinic will also receive a phone call today.

After the big storm, we’re happy to share that our clinic is fully operational again. Our physicians are back in-house, and we’re open today from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM to provide full-service care.

📣 Clinic Update – Today 11:15 am

Although Dr. Gauthier and I did our very best to remain at the clinic for as long as possible today, the mall has now made the decision to close the entire building due to weather‑related safety concerns and has requested that all tenants leave.

As a result, we will be transitioning to fully virtual care for the remainder of this afternoon and this evening, with our entire physician team continuing to provide care remotely for the rest of the day.

We anticipate returning to regular in‑person operations tomorrow.

Weather Update – Clinic Operations Today
Despite the severe weather conditions, Dr. Gauthier and Dr. Dhatt are in the clinic today from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
For the safety of our patients and staff, this evening clinic will be cancelled.
Our physicians will make every effort to contact patients scheduled during the day to ensure appointments are not missed where possible.
Our administrative team will also be managing phone messages and supporting rebooking for affected appointments.

Weather Update – Clinic Operations Today

Due to extremely poor weather and unsafe road conditions today, we understand that some patients may have concerns about travelling to the clinic.

NEOMO Medical will have a skeleton crew on site to support any patients who are able to arrive safely and require in‑person care.

If you are unable to attend your appointment:
Please feel free to leave us a voicemail today and we will assist with rebooking.

Many of our physicians will be contacting patients virtually, so if you have an appointment scheduled, we kindly ask that you stay close to your phone. We will do our very best to reach everyone.
