! For nearly 16 years now, Family Kickboxing has been transforming lives of everyday folks of all walks of life and we've got to say, we've seen some AMAZING transformations! But, let's not kid ourselves, with such a track record, it hasn't come without it's fair share of "copy cats" ;-)

Through it all, we've managed to gather a rather large list of success stories from folks who have gone from where they are, to where they want to be! Now, we don't say that to impress you, but to impress UPON you what's truly possible for you. With over a decade under our belt, one thing stands for sure:

People often don't realize just how much potential they have in themselves, what's truly possible for them, until they see their bodies transforming before their eyes. We believe in you even before you believe in yourself. With such demand, we want to "weed out those who aren't serious" right out of the gate by telling you EXACTLY what's going to happen when you begin your Two Free Week trial. First, your energy will spike, it will go through the roof. Waking up in the morning will go from being a dreaded task to having you almost leaping out of bed ready to take on the day. After lunch, especially around 3pm when we tend to start to slow down, you’ll notice you still have an abundance of energy; in fact it will last long until the evening. Your spouse or friends might even start to wonder where you are getting all this energy from. This thing about "slowing down" as we age will become a belief of the past, a belief not shared by you as you feel better and more alive today than ever before. Secondly, your mood will shift. The act of attending a few classes combined with the increased energy levels will put a smile on your face. You’ll notice what used to set you off now has less of an effect on you. Daily mundane task become much more bearable as your overall “feel” of life is happy. I’m telling you, life is so much better with a smile – and people are most beautiful when they smile. Thirdly, your lungs will feel clear, full and vibrant. It sounds silly, but after just two short weeks or classes, walking up the stairs will be easier. Taking the dog for a walk will be effortless. Chasing the kids around will seem so much smoother. Breathing becomes not only light and fulfilling, but gains an almost therapeutic feel as your lungs thank you for the activity. And last but not least, you will notice physical changes. Yes, we have many clients who lose 12 pounds by the end of their two free weeks, but most lose 5-7 pounds. What’s more important isn’t so much the weight loss (although that IS important) but the fact that everything feels “tighter” – and I’m talking about your body, not your pants! In fact, your pants will most likely require you to tighten up the belt to keep them from falling. After just a few short weeks, you’ll already start to notice little changes throughout the body – tightening of the belly, legs, butt, arms etc. – to compliment your weight loss. HOW TO GET STARTED

As much as we'd love to boast and say we answer the phone by the second ring, we don't. In fact, with hundreds of clients coming through the club each week, the phone is usually the LAST thing that gets our attention ;-)

The clients who are walking through the front door looking to start their two free weeks get the first jump on our attention, and that usually keeps us busy most hours of the day! During your Two Free Week trial, you have open access to the WHOLE schedule, simply pick a class, drop in10-15 minutes early and we'll get you all set up and ready to rock and roll!

It's about a community that will help you grow, encourage you to push for more, motivate you to be better, and inspire you to reach for the stars ✨ because you CAN! 💕

WE START ON TUESDAY!!!

May 5th, we embark on a health and wellness journey that will completely change your mindset of "self" and allow you to believe in yourself like never before 🔥

Training Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 7-8pm, for 8 amazing weeks together!

It's the absolute best summer prep that will get you feeling confident, beautiful and powerful right before bathing suit season 🌞 you deserve this!

This program includes: weekly challenges, 2 weekly workouts which consists of kickboxing, weight lifting, cardio, endurance and flexibility at Bold Fitness, a private FB group for accountability, mindset and mental health work, a meal plan, a coach that will guide you every step of the way, a community of like-minded women, a celebration dinner, and SO much more!!

IT'S TIME!!!!! 🖤

Time to put yourself first. Time to work on your strength. Time to work on your confidence. And time to show the world what you're really made of!!! 💪🏽

The Little Black Dress Project is back, and starting May 5th. This will run for 8 amazing weeks! We train every Tuesday and Thursday at 7-8pm!!

If you're looking for a program that will push you beyond your limiting beliefs, and get you ready for the summer you've been dreaming of, this is it!

This program is targeted to women wanting more out of life, wanting more purpose, more strength, more happiness, more confidence! Every single week we work on our mindset, and we shift our views on what it means to do hard things, and push through any obstacles thrown at us! 🔥

Our workouts are different every week, targetting different areas and working on different skills. We train on the heavy bags 🥊 , we lift weights, we work on stamina and endurance, we do cardio and stretching 💪🏽

All around, we hit the body, mind and soul as a whole💕

We are already 50% full, and we launched yesterday!! 😲 This program speaks for itself with many returning faces because it's just THAT GOOD!!!!

Plus, because summer is right around the corner, there will be an extra little push this time around to get everyone ready for bikini season!! 😘

Don't make excuses! We all have busy schedules, we all have weekend plans, we all have yard work, chores and errands, that doesn't mean you put your health on the backburner!!

Last night was our last Power Couples class of our 6 week program, and it was definitely super fun, sweaty and challenging all at the same time! 🤪

We started off on the heavy bags for 30 minutes, then did these drills, which we all had so much fun doing! 😂 The point of this program was to do something new, something fun, silly and challenging with your significant other, and that's exactly what we did!! 💪🏽

We brought date night to a whole new level, and it was AWESOME!!! 💕

To top it off, we went out afterwards to celebrate together!

Congrats couples, you rock and we loved training with you!!! 🥰

Date night done right! Train together, eat healthy together, encourage one another, and always keep things fun together!!
