For nearly 16 years now, Family Kickboxing has been transforming lives of everyday folks of all walks of life and we've got to say, we've seen some AMAZING transformations! But, let's not kid ourselves, with such a track record, it hasn't come without it's fair share of "copy cats" ;-)

Through it all, we've managed to gather a rather large list of success stories from folks who have gone from where they are, to where they want to be! Now, we don't say that to impress you, but to impress UPON you what's truly possible for you. With over a decade under our belt, one thing stands for sure:

People often don't realize just how much potential they have in themselves, what's truly possible for them, until they see their bodies transforming before their eyes. We believe in you even before you believe in yourself. With such demand, we want to "weed out those who aren't serious" right out of the gate by telling you EXACTLY what's going to happen when you begin your Two Free Week trial. First, your energy will spike, it will go through the roof. Waking up in the morning will go from being a dreaded task to having you almost leaping out of bed ready to take on the day. After lunch, especially around 3pm when we tend to start to slow down, you’ll notice you still have an abundance of energy; in fact it will last long until the evening. Your spouse or friends might even start to wonder where you are getting all this energy from. This thing about "slowing down" as we age will become a belief of the past, a belief not shared by you as you feel better and more alive today than ever before. Secondly, your mood will shift. The act of attending a few classes combined with the increased energy levels will put a smile on your face. You’ll notice what used to set you off now has less of an effect on you. Daily mundane task become much more bearable as your overall “feel” of life is happy. I’m telling you, life is so much better with a smile – and people are most beautiful when they smile. Thirdly, your lungs will feel clear, full and vibrant. It sounds silly, but after just two short weeks or classes, walking up the stairs will be easier. Taking the dog for a walk will be effortless. Chasing the kids around will seem so much smoother. Breathing becomes not only light and fulfilling, but gains an almost therapeutic feel as your lungs thank you for the activity. And last but not least, you will notice physical changes. Yes, we have many clients who lose 12 pounds by the end of their two free weeks, but most lose 5-7 pounds. What’s more important isn’t so much the weight loss (although that IS important) but the fact that everything feels “tighter” – and I’m talking about your body, not your pants! In fact, your pants will most likely require you to tighten up the belt to keep them from falling. After just a few short weeks, you’ll already start to notice little changes throughout the body – tightening of the belly, legs, butt, arms etc. – to compliment your weight loss. HOW TO GET STARTED

As much as we'd love to boast and say we answer the phone by the second ring, we don't. In fact, with hundreds of clients coming through the club each week, the phone is usually the LAST thing that gets our attention ;-)

The clients who are walking through the front door looking to start their two free weeks get the first jump on our attention, and that usually keeps us busy most hours of the day! During your Two Free Week trial, you have open access to the WHOLE schedule, simply pick a class, drop in10-15 minutes early and we'll get you all set up and ready to rock and roll!

Our core strength is something we take very seriously, and something we work on almost every class!

Coaches keep it fun, challenging, and always something different to allow all core muscles to stabilize, strengthen and activate together when we need them!

Core strength is beneficial for the sport of kickboxing and fitness, but also for every day life.

The stronger your core is, the less your lower back will ache. You'll be able to breath and digeste more efficiently, and you'll be able to catch yourself from trips and falls much easier with better balance and stability 💪🏽

Tonight, we did a 4 minute round of ab work with the exercises changing every 15 seconds! 🔥

Way to go gang, awesome work!!!

🍀 CLUB REMAINS CLOSED TODAY! 🍀

Unfortunately, as much as we want to have a lucky charm workout with you all tonight, the parking lot and breezeway are not accessible!! 😩

The city and contractors are working their BUTTS off, please be patient and kind with them!! They are doing what they can, as fast as they can! And don't worry, the club will still be there tomorrow, and the day after, and the day after! 😉

If you are part of the TRX group, there will be a new class added on April 14th! 💪🏽

All classes are cancelled this evening!!

That doesn't mean you're off the hook for your workout though!! 😉 Get outside, shovel some snow, make a snowman, have a snowball fight, build a fort, and have some fun!!

Embrace the change, and don't stress about the things you have ZERO control over!!

You do however, have complete control of how and when you move your body, and what you put into your body! 🥑 Do a small at home workout, eat a healthy meal, sit and read a good book 🥰

The beautiful thing about snow is that it MELTS! Be patient, you'll be wearing your flip flops soon! 😉

We'd like to congratulate this amazing group of Bold Fitness members who took on the crazy challenge of jumping into Ramsey Lake today, in support of the !!!

These BRAVE and BOLD individuals represented the club in the most amazing way!! With the largest group at the and cutest outfits, BF definitely crushed this plunge!!!! 💪🏼

WE DID IT!!!

Thanks to our amazing friends, family and colleagues, we were able to reach our goal of 100 chickens sold!!!

Happy to say, we even beat it with a total of 105!! 🤩

That means we're PLUNGING this Saturday!! 🥶

If you'd like to see us, and an amazing group of Bold Fitness members jump into Ramsey lake, come cheer us on for the !!

Plunges start at noon, 1️⃣2️⃣!

Now,even though you CAN go to any class you like, if you are like 99% of our new students and have NEVER done kickboxing (or any martial arts) before, we recommend you jump into the Beginner classes to start.
