Flat back or no lumbar curve try this fun mobility, simple and relaxing.

You’re gonna take a 4 inch foam roller or a rolled up towel or yoga mat place it directly under your belly button laying on your back just brawl out rest here for anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. They should help bring some much-needed mobility and space to your lumbar spine.

Try these Feldenkrais Shoulder clocks and see if you gain mobility or find some sticking points

Lie down on your side with your knees bent.

Visualise that your shoulder is in the middle of a clock.
Elevate your shoulder toward your ear (12 clock) then roll your shoulder forwards around the clock inhaling during the back half of the clock and exhaling during the front half.

Repeat in the opposite direction keeping your hand
