For the safety of the public, we have made the informed decision that our clinic will be CLOSED. We have been away from Facebook since closing in mid March, and will continue to update you when we know more.
As the developments involving COVID -19 continue to evolve and upon recommendations from the health unit and our regulatory college we have come to this decision.
We are hopeful to return to the clinic when our governing body allows us to, but will continue to monitor the situation on a daily basis.
Now, rather than closing with the IMPORTANT, hygiene/nutritional/physical advice. I ask you to do one thing. Write down on a piece of paper; โwhat emotion is occurring in my world right now?โAnd literally write down that specific emotion. Then stop! Feel the fear?, maybe, ๐คทโโ๏ธ? Witness the feeling in your body. Notice it without judgement.... Butterflies in your belly? Closing tension in your chest? Are your shoulders creeping up to your ears?
Try your best to focus only on that feeling. Focus on what it does to your body. Now; take a deeeeep breath. Not to ignore the feels, but to create the space within yourself to move through it. After sometime passes, notice how your body feels. Magic! I know! Repeat as often as youโd like! โจ
