Wear The Change is a campaign for creating larger conversations around Mental Health. The goals of this campaign are to remove costs, eliminate wait times, & break the stigma. I believe everyone should have access to mental health information and support. Mindfulness is a great tool for anxiety and depression and I’m so grateful I can share it with all of you and we can practice together. It is such an honor to be part of this community. Your support truly means the world to me and just inspires me to keep doing more.
