Happy June! π« half way through 2025.
"Yoga takes you into the present moment. The only place where life exists." π
This is one of the main reasons I fell in love with yoga. No matter what I'm going through, when I step onto my mat and get into movement/breath, it's as if all of my problems start to fade away. THIS is what keeps bringing me back to yoga. The peace and serenity I feel after flowing.
A common misconception about yoga is that it's "just stretching", but it's deeper then that. Each time we flow, weβre expanding awareness, quieting the noise, and reconnecting with ourselves.
