A very satisfied customer! #thatsthespot
Ingk was full of beans yesterday! We worked hard to bring him down but he definitely had edge! He is still stiffer on the right lead but has no issues moving and watching his longissimus firing as he moved was a beautiful sight to see.
Disclaimer: I am not a trainer. I am a therapist working to develop muscle and strengthen past injuries. In a different time I would work on his roundpen etiquette and turning towards me and not butt first but for now getting him moving is the main goal
And some lateral work. We still need to work on loosening and flexing but she’s getting there!
(Disclaimer: I am not a trainer. I’m a therapist, and I’m working exercises to isolate and focus on strengthening weakness. It may not look pretty from a trainers point of view! But it works!)
Shiloh has a great round pen session today. She really struggles with a left turn when on the right lead. This presents itself at the walk, trot and canter online and offline.
We spent some time working on this online and we did some lateral work. I then took her off line and she still struggled making the left turn but is much smoother. She then enjoyed a full body treatment!
I was about to take Ingk out when the hail came so he enjoyed a massage.
Too snowy for roundpenning so Ingk and I did LOTS of hill work today! Backing up hills to work his abs and his top line and strengthen his gluts. I got my workout too!!
A little mini treatment for Shiloh after her roundpen session. She got a full treatment in the barn the next day. The snow is putting a halt to our roundpenning! But she is loving her therapy sessions!
One of my walks with Ingky Malinky Long Legs! He’s new for almost daily walks and his legs haven’t stocked up at all. He’s also been enjoying his treatments...more so now with all this snow!
A little round pen with Shiloh. She was such a snuggle bug!
