I’m thrilled to announce that I’m back and taking new clients in the beautiful Annapolis Valley! After a year away due to a military move and caring for my young children, I’m eager to dive back into Massage Therapy treatments.

You can find me at the Mid-Valley Health Center, located at 474 Main Street, Middleton, Nova Scotia—just 10 minutes from Greenwood/Kingston! This multidisciplinary clinic offers a wide range of practitioners to meet all your health needs.
