I met with this online client yesterday. She had si-joint pain (one-sided low back/ butt pain) and had considered cancelling because of it… she could hardly move. As soon as I saw her I could tell she was in pain. I asked her where the pain was and I excitedly told her “I CAN HELP!!” 😃

I took her through a series of exercises and she started feeling better and moving better!!

Friends, you don’t have to suffer from si-joint pain!! Exercise can definitely help! I’ve seen this time and time again!

🙌🏻 So good to continue learning and to have completed the first unit of the Precision Nutrition “Change Psychology” course! Yay!! 🙌🏻

So true! In fact studies show the injury will heal faster when you continue exercising throughout.

For example: if you break your left arm, continue with all upper body training but only use your right arm.
If a deep squat hurts your knees (instead of avoiding altogether) lower to just before you start to feel the pain, also try adjusting the angle of your knees.

When it comes to exercise, something is always better than nothing. Injuries don't mean you have to do nothing -- just train around them. Waiting until your body is perfect to work out just leads to a lot of waiting, and not a lot of working out.
