I met with this online client yesterday. She had si-joint pain (one-sided low back/ butt pain) and had considered cancelling because of it… she could hardly move. As soon as I saw her I could tell she was in pain. I asked her where the pain was and I excitedly told her “I CAN HELP!!” 😃
I took her through a series of exercises and she started feeling better and moving better!!
Friends, you don’t have to suffer from si-joint pain!! Exercise can definitely help! I’ve seen this time and time again!
