Join us this June in raising money for hospice!
A portion of every treatment will go directly to the Hospice for their new build.
We will also have a donation box at the front desk for any other donations.
They are in the final fundraising push to finish the new hospice that will bring our current services from 6 to 10 beds!

🎉 today we are celebrating 7 years of business owner life!

This last year was hands down the biggest challenge I hope to ever have to face. Navigating my first pregnancy, child birth and an unpaid maternity leave, while simultaneously going through 4 big family losses while still trying to run a clinic and be a chiropractor was no joke.

Very thankful to everyone in my corner helping things run so smooth and effortless. Also a big thank you to all of my patients that have become family and have been so patient with my crazy schedule the last year.

Here’s to another few decades of helping people out of pain and feel their best 💪🏼🤍

Always proud and constantly inspired to be surrounded by the most positive group of women you could ask for. This group is full of bad ass moms, health care providers, business owners and sisters/daughters/friends that continue to show up every day and pour their heart and soul into their careers.

Let’s talk shoes 👟

In my humble opinion - you can never have enough sneakers (sorry Gavin!) but let’s talk about wear and tear and when you truly need to replace them.

If you’re a runner training for a race, or staying fit because LIFE then you typically want to replace your sneakers every 300-500 MILES. You can prolong the amount of life in them by shuffling another pair into your training schedule.

Other indicators that it’s time for a new pair are:
👟 abnormal wearing pattern (apparently I’m very left foot dominant here!)
👟 you start getting foot, knee, hip or back pain while wearing them
👟 lack of internal support of arches or the heel is fraying
👟 they’re getting uncomfortable
👟 the midsole is deteriorating
👟 they have a newer and better model 💁🏼‍♀️

We are back, baby! (Almost!)

I’ll be returning to treating for part time days and hours as of January 3rd. Online booking will be open in the new year! More hours will be added each week.

Patients are encouraged to continue booking with Dr. Amanda as my hours will be very limited over the next few months as I take time to learn the work-mom life.

Juravinski hospital and cancer centre played a huge role in keeping mom around for her 20 year battle against cancer, and ultimately keeping her comfortable in her final weeks.
realty and I are participating in the Illuminight fundraiser benefiting Juravinski in honour of our favourite lady.
Donations help enhance patient and family care. The event takes place October 10 at Dyment Farms.
Any donation helps make a difference in the lives of those battling and their loved ones, and is so appreciated.

We would also love if anyone wants to join our team and spend a night with us reminiscing about our Donna.
