I often get asked the question "what should I be using for my skin care routine?" My clients are often shocked when I say these two products are all you need! I think they are expecting me to recommend a 10 step skin care regime with 10 different products. Not only is that so unnecessary but also expensive! Minimal product is all you need to for healthy skin care routine. In fact, I even stopped washing my face in the morning and Ive noticed a huge improvement in how my skin functions. As someone who has struggled with acne I always thought I needed to scrub and exfoliate and make sure my skin was super super clean
But over the years I have learned that less is better, and Ive learned different massage techniques that help detoxify and brighten the skin. My skin is looking better than it has in years!
