I recently received training in clinical hypnosis and have been running a virtual group mental fortitude skills program that combines ACT/REBT/CBT. To help the participants internalize the concepts I made a number of hypnosis audios. I’m realizing now that other people may be interested so I’m posting my first one below in case anyone is interested. It starts off with progressive muscle relaxation and then respiratory sinus arrhythmia breathing (five in and five out) to settle the mind and body. please read the description in the video before listening to it.

And some of them are bent, and some of them are straight, and some of them are evergreens, and some of them are whatever. And you look at the tree and you allow it. You see why it is the way it is. You sort of understand that it didn’t get enough light, and so it turned that way. And you don’t get all emotional about it. You just allow it. You appreciate the tree.
