It's not luck that created this life; it's in our daily habits, self-care routines, and family routines
My Monday-Friday schedule is a reflection of how I've curated such a beautiful and perfect life for myself and my family...
Yesterday, was a perfect example
I had a day where I was fully in my feminine energy
I felt free, relaxed, and and my soul was nourished - and it all has to do with how I spend my day and how I show up in the world...
I woke up at 4:44 AM - usually I wake up at 5AM ish
444 is considered to be an angel number that represents clarity, evolution, decisiveness, and stability.
I lay in bed and prayed and meditated for 30 minutes
Then, I connected with Brian for a fiery session in bed...
There's no better way than to wake up and feel connected mind, body and soul with your hubby...
It made me feel safe, stable, and that we can get through anything together...because we have love and passion
Then, we both went for a morning swim and cold plunge
We came back, woke the kids up, and made them breakfast and lunch for camp.
I went to a yoga class at 9:30, came home and showered and started seeing clients from 11AM-3PM
When I'm working with people and holding space for their healing, I am completely in my element
I picked the kids up from camp
Friends came over at our 5PM and we had an amazing dinner - steak, mashed potatoes, and chocolate cake with strawberries and ice cream
We felt so grateful that we have loving friends who are our chosen family
And then Nyla got sick - she had been feeling unwell all day
I did acupuncture with her, cuddled with her and loved her up
Even though I had planped to do an intense sauna session to burn off the calories I consumed, I had to tend to Nyla first
Her being unwell got her little brother to step up and take care of her too...
It also reminded me that my priority is my family and taking care of their well-being
When I get caught up in the stress of paying bills, making money, or growing my business, that's usually when my kids get sick
So, it was a beautiful reminder that my job as their mom is to take care of their health first
Once they fell asleep cuddling with each other, B and I went to the sauna and had deep talks about our future, our roles, and how we are so grateful for this life that we've built together...
We then went back to bed and slept with the kids and cuddled them up..
This is a typical day in our life.
We do veer from this occasionally, and it's always a reminder to go back
We choose our family over everything
It's not luck that created this life; it's in our daily habits, self-care routines, and family routines
