Join Guelph Family Health Team's Calming Strategies – short, 45 min workshops designed to help you notice stress, calm your mind, and reset your body.

Together, we’ll discover techniques like breathing, grounding, mindfulness, guided imagery, and progressive muscle relaxation that can be used at anytime, anywhere to calm ourselves.
