As community needs continue to grow, Guelph FHT has proudly implemented centralized Registered Dietitian (RD) services to improve access to care, better support our teams, and build a more sustainable primary care system. In the first two months, centralization has:
· Expanded service hours
· Improved wait times for urgent appointments
· Reduced administrative burden on clinicians
· Enhanced collaboration and connection across the dietitian team

I am really excited about some of the new efficiencies that have improved my quality of work life. I feel more grounded and more focused in my daily work.
