When I was about 7 years old I started ready Garfield comics and was so captivated by the lessons Garfield learned. How Mr. Davis tied themes back from previous story lines kept my attention. Maybe I knew that at the time, likely not but I was enthralled.

Today, I continue to be enthralled by my patient's stories. Their effort and dedication to learning more about how amazing they really are. How their body adapts and shows them what they are doing to push them toward better health and where they are imbalanced.

And so, I continue my learning journey- how can I allow for more ease? Smoother transitions between pain and strength. Imbalance to balance ... feeling like a dead end to more options. To be continued...

Heart coherence, vibes, connection whatever you want to call it. Being with other people is important.

Solitary confinement is a punishment studied to be effective.

Start small. Practice ... whatever you need to do and remember you are wired for connection.

Yes, there are limitations to matter. There are always cases where tissue has been damaged, yes. The body will adapt.it will find a way- trust that it is always supporting you and not working against you.

Yes, it may need help- light therapy? Chiropractic Adjustments? Movement, strengthening, food as fuel. None of these things are outside of you- all of them are what you already possess. You have the innate ability to heal! ( that doesn't mean do nothing...)

Deep breaths in through your nose and out your mouth is the brake for your brain. Your nervous system notices those breaths and speaks to the parasympathetic or brake.

This translates to -- ugh I feel less tired at the end of the day. Ugh I'm less overwhelmed right now. Ugh I can step back into that hard conversation and NOT throat punch.

Give it a rock n roll...

Hahahahaha my Whoop band has arrive for me to track if my body is healing or not... 1.5 to 2 hrs of deep sleep is vital to ensure all the other stuff I'm doing for my body can be useful! I can eat all the protein I want and take all the supplements but if I'm not sleeping ... no healing just maintaining and ADAPTING!

Light from the Sun is electromagnetic radiation produced by nuclear fusion in the Sun’s core.

What!? What does that mean...

.... yes it's sunny and gorgeous- I'm a jerk!

But seriously- I rarely ask anything-so I'm asking you to spend 5 mins writing down 3 things you're willing to let go of from 2025-- allow yourself to let go.

This is what that can look like- I don't want to be angry, I don't want to give up after the first try and I can't feel tired anymore.

Now the challenge! I feel ease or peace, I follow through and I find energy.

I am willing to accept this as true.
