Last week was Janik’s first day at school. As with all new adventures he managed his trepidation with grace, and I’m so proud of my little human for walking out into the world and just showing up for all the new experiences. The notable best part was when he took the bus on day two and got off to say “Mum, Dad… there are no seatbelts on the school bus. No seatbelts at all!!!!” 😂

“Haley facilitates a truly inspiring and supportive learning environment. This training was not only incredibly fun, but also deeply educational. We had plenty of time to practice, explore, and really embody the material, all while gaining a deeper understanding of anatomy, the effects of inversions, and how to approach movement with awareness—especially when it comes to previous injuries and safety.

I wasn’t teaching yoga before this (though I had completed my 200-hour training as required), but now I regularly teach aerial and other styles of yoga at Shift. Even if you’re not planning to teach, this program is a fantastic way to explore your relationship to gravity, discover new ways of moving, and learn more about how the body works. I highly recommend it!”

Gratitude ✨

Entrepreneurship is not always easy. A lot of time is spent working one’s way through problem after problem, testing solutions with trial and error, and learning from many mistakes before something truly unique and beautiful is created.

This May we welcomed our sweet baby girl into the world, and we are so amazed to see how this community has come together to support us. I’ve spent the past several months working on shifting gears and letting go of so many aspects of this business that I’ve held on to pretty tightly, and I know I am only able to do so because I have such a wonderful and capable team behind me.

Not only that, but in moments during this transition when things haven’t run so smoothly, the community has accepted our fumbles with kindness and laughter.

What we have here is nothing short of exceptional, and I feel so honoured to be in it with you all. A huge thank you to all of you, from the bottom of my heart.
