We had lots of reasons to celebrate this past weekend!

First and foremost, congratulations to our buyers A & D for closing on your dream home! They made the move from the west coast to Kitchener and it was an honour to make this a reality for them.

There was no blood shed (thank goodness) just a lot of sweat and a few tears. All 110% worth it to be able to happily announce it’s SOLD! This was a truly special experience and one that will be forever marked in our hearts.

Just as we’re starting to see the first beautiful signs of Spring, we’re also seeing the first exciting signs of the Spring Market!

A little about a la la la la la la la, a little bit about Alexis!

I was born and raised in the country in nearby Erin and I’m incredibly grateful for my hometown. Growing up in a small town provided me with a great appreciation for and understanding of community that had a huge influence in shaping who I am today. One thing I love about Guelph and the KW area is they’re cities that maintain a strong sense of community!

Here are 5 important things to know about me:

1) I love travelling! I worked as an international flight attendant from 2016-2020. Travel is the gift that keeps on giving because it forever alters how you see the world.

2) I’m passionate about personal development. I’m a strong believer that the best thing you will ever work on is yourself.

3) Cooking and baking are therapeutic for me. If I have time I can spend hours in the kitchen.

4) Remember the Titans is my favourite movie. I grew up in a sports family and ‘left side, strong side!’ gets me every time.

5) Muskoka is my favourite place on Earth. My heart just feels at home in cottage country.
