Sometimes, what I see on the screen while teaching looks like this. 👣

And it may seem odd - but moments like this are some of my favourite.

A reminder of what we share in the community. Experiencing movement together. A reminder each time we login to class that we aren't alone.

Moving our bodies and writing our own rules for fitness.

It's not just a zoom call.
It's not just a workout.

This community is so much more than that.

When my video went viral, I saw the same comment over and over:
“If my fitness instructor isn’t fit, I won’t be motivated.”

I get why people think this - we’ve been taught that smaller bodies equal discipline, credibility, and success. Especially in fitness.

But that belief doesn’t motivate us.
It disconnects us.

It teaches women to wait until their bodies look different before they’re allowed to feel confident, capable, or consistent.

It teaches us that in order to feel worthy or feel safe in a fitness space, you need to look a certain way.

And that’s not a motivation issue - that’s conditioning.

Real motivation grows from:
• safety
• belonging
• respect
• trust

Not shame. Not fear. Not pressure.

If movement has ever felt hard, this might be why.
And the good news? Beliefs can be unlearned. 💛

It is what I specialize in. Helping women to write their own rules when it comes to fitness. How to make movement enjoyable and safe. How to make it work for your life and for your body.

If this resonated, save it and share - you're not broken. You've just been taught some really s**t beliefs when it comes to fitness and your body.

And - if you are ready to take the first step and experience a different kind of fitness community, comment TRIAL below to get the link to my 30 Day Trial Pass for just $19+tax.

At Loyobo, we do movement differently.

Join me for a weekend of magic on June 19-21, 2026 in Collingwood, Ontario, at a beautiful private Swiss style cottage in the mountains.

A blend of luxurious relaxation, self-reflection and activities designed to allow you to see yourself (and your body) in a while new way.

A weekend where the focus is on connecting with yourself, but also with the other participants. Where you feel safe letting your guard down to be able to see yourself, and your body, from a new perspective. To re-write the narrative and the story around what it means to have a “Summer Body.”

So that you can feel OH SO confident in your swimsuit this summer (without feeling the need to change your body or show up differently).

Because you feel enough. Finally enough and deserving of living your life.

You deserve to see what is possible when you say YES to you and give yourself permission to show up.

Comment SELF-LOVE SUMMER below and I will send you a link with all the details!!!

If you feel like the days blur together, your schedule runs your life, and there’s never enough time to take care of you…

you aren't alone.

It is why I am hosting a FREE workshop that will change the way you move into 2026.

👉️“Creating More Time & Motivation in 2026” is a guided experience designed to help you stop running on autopilot and start making intentional space for your well-being, movement, and joy.

Together, we will:
• Explore simple time-management habits that actually work in real life
• Get clear on your priorities for 2026 — what matters, what doesn’t
• Identify what you want to say YES to (energy-givers)
• Decide what needs to be a NO (energy-drainers)
• Create compassionate boundaries that protect your time, not punish you

You’ll leave with a personalized plan that feels supportive — not rigid — and a renewed sense of motivation to take care of yourself in the year ahead.

This is your chance to reset, breathe, and finally create the time you’ve been wishing for.🙌

I used to hate photos of myself.
Like… instantly zoom in, pick myself apart, and want to delete any photo where I didn't look "good" (or perfect).

But the truth is:
It wasn’t the photos.
It was the story I was telling myself every time I saw one.

I had to learn how to tell myself a new story. One that allowed me to stop obsessing over what my body looked like, and to start actually seeing the moment.
The joy.
The memories.
The ME who’s allowed to exist in photos exactly as she is.

And THIS is why I’m bringing a body-positive photographer to the Self-Love Summer Retreat. will be joining us (she took a bunch of these photos I shared!) and I trust her implicitly with helping you see your body differently.

Because you deserve photos you don’t cringe at — photos where you look like you’re actually living your damn life.

If that’s something you want more of… there are a few spots left for June 2026. 💛

Join me in Collingwood for my Self-Love Summer Retreat. A 3 day weekend that is about helping you feel more confident in your body.

Sharing these feels vulnerable... But important.

I've been feeling inspired by other content creators and entrepreneurs doing similar posts, so I wanted to share some of my own growth, too.

👉 2026 isn't about becoming a new version of me.

The last five years, the focus has been on survival - with so many huge changes and shifts in my business.

For a long time, I've lived in quiet fear around money, rest, and capacity.

Now, I feel ready to step out of survival mode to truly thrive. ✨ To embrace my joy and feel grounded, in control, and honest than ever before

This year I am doing things differently.

Less fear. More structure. Clearer boundaries. A business and body relationship that actually feels sustainable.

Naming the numbers. Choosing sustainability and clarity over hustle. Creating plans that feel supportive and building a business that doesn't require me to burn myself out constantly.

I’m choosing to show the process, not just the highlights. Because real confidence isn’t loud — it’s steady. 💪

If you have ever felt like you are behind, or "should be" further along... You are not alone.

If this resonates with you and you are craving a year that feels steadier, softer, and more intentional. A year focused on building yourself up and stepping into the woman you are meant to be.

You're right on time.

It can still feel scary (like it does to share this post!!), but that doesn't mean you aren't ready. Magic happens when we allow ourselves to be uncomfortable.

So I would love to know - what are you working towards this year?

And if you are ready for support, drop a 💜 below and I will send you a DM. My free confidence calls are open and I'd love to make some magic with you in 2026.

Let's do this! 😎✨

Eight years ago, in December 2017, Loyobo was born. ✨️

And what a ride it has been.

In those 8 years, what started as classes in a tiny room that could barely fit six people… has grown into a global online community where I get to help people move their bodies, build strength, and learn to trust themselves again.

And honestly — that feels more important than ever right now.
When it feels like the world is screaming at us, and the pressure to shrink is everywhere.

This community has held me through so many seasons of my own life: marriage, divorce, living off-grid, moving more times than I can count, and navigating my own changing body along the way.

So to celebrate 8 years of Loyobo, I want to give back in a way that actually matters — and feels most meaningful to me.

I’m gifting 8 followers access to my Badass Body Confidence & Stress-Free Strength Program — support to help you start 2026 feeling grounded, strong, and supported in your body.

This includes movement, mindset, community, and 1:1 coaching — because real confidence isn’t built alone.

How to enter:

🤍 Like this post
🤍 Comment with one word that describes how you want to feel in your body in 2026
🤍 (Optional) Tag someone you’d love to start the year with — or who needs this kind of support too

Giveaway closes December 31st at 11:59pm EST.

Winners will be contacted directly via Instagram DM and shared in my stories.

Thank you for being part of these 8 years — whether you’ve been here from the very beginning or you just found us.

Here’s to taking up space — and to many more years of this incredible community 🤍

The Loyobo FIT Way of Life

There are 8 rules that guide the Loyobo FIT way of life and are reflected in everything that we do. They represent our values and ethics, but also our promise to you - our members and fitness family.

We want to do fitness differently. Here's how.

#1. We believe strength comes in all shapes & sizes.

There is no "one-size-fits-all" path to health and fitness. There is no perfect body archetype that we aim to follow. We focus on body positivity and helping you use fitness as a foundation for loving your body.
