“I was tired of trying to ‘get there’ on my own.”

That line gets me every time.

Because so many women think the answer is:
👉 more discipline
👉 more willpower
👉 more self-control

But what they’re actually craving is support. To be shown a different way forward. To have someone to reaffirms that they have the ability (and permission!) to write their own rules.

Jenny didn’t need another plan.
She didn’t need to “try harder.”
She needed community.
Accountability.
Regular touch points.
Women who understood where she was coming from.

And that’s exactly what she found here.

What I love the most about Loyobo is helping women to see that they are not alone. That they are deserving of support and feeling like they belong. That they are seen and heard.

Loyobo is a place where you will:
✨ Feel welcomed instead of judged
✨ Have coaching support you can actually access
✨ Connect with women who get it
✨ See that you can show up imperfectly and still belong

If you’re tired of doing this alone…

This is your invitation.

We have a 30-Day Trial Pass so you can step inside, experience the support, and see what this space really feels like — without pressure.

You don’t have to “get there” by yourself anymore.

So many women struggle with exercising consistently.

And - this is why.

👉️The thing we’re told will motivate us…
actually makes us move less.

Because when movement is tied to shrinking, fixing, or controlling your body:
• It feels like punishment.
• Progress feels invisible if the scale doesn’t move or the weight loss doesn't happen quickly
• Motivation disappears when results don’t match expectations.

And your brain and body are smart.
They will not keep doing something that feels discouraging.

Something that we associate with feeling badly or not good enough. Feeling less than. Where the focus is on telling ourselves that our body is a problem to fix.

This is exactly why we have to separate movement from weight loss.

Not because weight loss is “bad.”
But because attaching movement to body change is one of the fastest ways to kill consistency and make you feel unmotivated to move.

It is not a willpower problem.
It is not that you aren't an athelete.
It isn't even that you don't like exercise.

You just haven't been shown what a healthy (and positive!) relationship with movement can look like in your life. One where you write your own rules based on what actually works for YOU.

On Feb 24th at 6pm EST, I’m hosting a free workshop:
Separating Movement from Weight Loss

We’re breaking down:
✨ Why weight-loss-focused movement backfires
✨ What actually builds sustainable motivation
✨ How to rebuild a relationship with movement that feels empowering instead of punishing

If you’re tired of starting and stopping…
If you’ve blamed yourself for “lack of discipline”…
If movement has felt like something you should do instead of something you want to do…

Comment WORKSHOP below and I’ll DM you the link 💛

Let’s make movement feel like coming home to your body again.
Let's make it feel easy and FUN.

02/18/2026

This. 💛

One of our members recently shared this with me when I asked why she joined Loyobo.

For so many women, movement has never felt safe.

It’s felt like:
– punishment or obligation
- something you "should" do... but don't actually enjoy
– a way to shrink yourself
– proof you’re “doing enough”

And when weight loss is the goal, it’s almost impossible not to tie your worth to the outcome.

But what if movement didn’t have to be about fixing your body?

What if it could be about:
✨ feeling strong
✨ releasing stress
✨ reconnecting with yourself
✨ being in community with women who get it

That’s exactly what we’re diving into in my FREE workshop on Tuesday Feb 24 at 6pm EST.

Separating Movement from Weight Loss

Inside, we’ll cover:
• The difference between joyful movement and traditional exercise
• The science of shame (and why focusing on weight loss actually keeps you stuck)
• Practical strategies to redefine what movement looks like in your life (including how to boost motivation and measure progress without the scale)

This is one of my signature workshops.
It shifts how women see movement forever.

It will help movement feel so much more easy, intuitive and fun.

And if you’ve ever felt judged, discouraged, or like you’re the only one struggling… you are absolutely not alone.

Come experience what support feels like.

This is one of my favourite quotes from More Than A Body by Lexie & Lindsay Kite. ☝️

When you believe your worth is dependent on your weight.

When you wait to take the picture or wear the swimsuit until your body looks a certain way.

When you think you need a filter to show up online.

Or that you need to earn your food.

Giving up the intentional pursuit of weight loss and writing your own rules for your body (and your life!) isn't giving up.

It's not promoting obesity. It isn't "letting yourself go".

It's choosing yourself.

It's choosing to live your life, on your own terms.

Without waiting.

It's being the woman, in a long line of women, to finally choose something more for herself than just being looked at.

👉 This is what I teach my badass 1:1 clients and members.

How to show up in their life with confidence. How to unlock the stories and beliefs that are keeping you stuck. How to listen to your body and trust your voice.

And to know what your body needs to feel its best.

If you are ready to break free from the jail of self-objectification and the endless pursuit of weight loss or "fixing" your body, comment READY below to book a free Confidence Calls with me.

Let's break free together. 💕🙌

Most women who land on this page don’t need more discipline.
They don’t need another meal plan.
They don’t need to try harder.

They’re exhausted from trying to shrink themselves into someone they were never meant to be. Spending their time and energy trying to use a broken formula (eating less, and moving more) to feel better in their body.

If that’s you — you’re in the right place.

I’m Courtney, and I help women rewrite the rules of health & fitness so they can:
✔ Stop obsessing over food
✔ Move their body without punishment
✔ Build confidence that doesn’t depend on the scale

Loyobo is strength without diet culture.
Community without comparison.
Support without shame.

You can start in one of two ways:

1️⃣ 30 Day Trial Pass – full access, no strings attached.
2️⃣ Free Confidence Call – 1:1 support to get clear on what you need.

Your next chapter doesn’t start with weight loss.
It starts with self-trust and the right person holding your hand through it.

Find out more by commenting either TRIAL or CONFIDENCE and I will send you a DM with more info.

You are allowed to take up space.
And it is possible to feel differently in your body and to actually ENJOY movement.

Let me show you how!

We love seeing content from members of our community - like !

Check out what she had to say about 👇️

"I know this gives very ad esk but I promise I wouldn’t have said yes to Courtney about becoming an ambassador for them unless I felt confident about her program.

My relationship with fitness & health has always been complicated. Growing up fat everyone focused on my body 24.7 & focusing on myself or my body felt wrong.

Learning how to heal my relationship with my body & working on my relationship with food has helped me so much, not just physically but mentally too. I notice a huge shift in my mental health on the days I do move my body versus on the days I don’t.

That being said I am not moving my body to become skinny, I am moving my body for my health, mind & body. Moving my body to have fun & experience & experiment with all the things my body can do as well as support me through. I am so thankful to Courtney for giving me a safe space to explore this & guide me through with grace & love ❤️❤️

When they tell you your retreat was a “1000000% YES”…
You know you’re doing the work you were meant to do. 💛

👉️These are real quotes from the women who were at my first retreat.

"This retreat was the perfect getaway filled with self-reflection, growth, community, delicious food, and self-care. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a safe and welcoming community. I cannot wait for the next retreat!"

This year's retreat is about seeing yourself and your body in a new way. A blend of luxurious relaxation and self-reflection that ensure you feel safe and supported - so that you can experience deep transformation.

I want this to be the summer that you feel confident in a swimsuit and feel at home in your skin. I want your focus to be on making memories, rather than worrying about what your body looks like.

There are 6 spots left for June 2026.

Comment SELF-LOVE SUMMER below and I will send you the link with more info.

Then you can be the one saying 100000% YES next year!

02/09/2026

I used to not take a full breath - because I didn't want my stomach to stick out and be seen.

I would constantly adjust my pants and my shirts to make sure I didn't have any bulges or showing any unwanted skin.

I would use mirrors to make sure everything was in the right place. That none of my "flaws" had inadvertently become exposed.

I thought constantly being in control like this would make me feel more confident. It would protect me from embarrassment and I could control how others would see me.

In reality, it kept my focus to always be on my body. How I looked, rather than what was actually more important.

How I felt.
Being present in moments of my life.
Connecting with others.

Part of feeling more confident meant learning how to let myself be. It was scary and vulnerable, but gave me the space (and time and energy) to focus on other things. To actually listen to and notice how my body felt. My own voice. To experience the world around me.

I want this for you, too.

On Sat Feb 14 at 11am EST, I am hosting a Free Confidence Masterclass. A 75 minute workshop with me that is about sharing my Self-Love Formula to show you how to stop shrinking and start taking up space - in your body and in your life.

It is what I used to heal my relationship with my body and how I teach my clients to do the same.

The Loyobo FIT Way of Life

There are 8 rules that guide the Loyobo FIT way of life and are reflected in everything that we do. They represent our values and ethics, but also our promise to you - our members and fitness family.

We want to do fitness differently. Here's how.

#1. We believe strength comes in all shapes & sizes.

There is no "one-size-fits-all" path to health and fitness. There is no perfect body archetype that we aim to follow. We focus on body positivity and helping you use fitness as a foundation for loving your body.
