It is hard to believe we are in December already.
Admittedly, like many of you, I get busy and I neglect taking the time to take care of myself. Maybe that will be my 2024 resolution. 😉
As the holidays approach and we get busy with end of year activities, be sure to find ways to relax and take a break.
I do currently still have December 2023 daytime hours available as well as some evenings if you want to contact me to book an appointment before schools are out.
Remember, it isn’t too late to use 2023 health benefits!

The leaves are falling, and there is a subtle coolness in the air. Autumn is definitely here.

As the year winds down, don't forget to review your annual benefit entitlements through your employer to see if you still have coverage for treatments this year.

I haven’t posted in a bit, but wanted to give a brief update. My office is open, and I am booking clients for treatments.

On a side note, after a bit of a delay, I received my plaque for the Guelph Readers’ Choice Award for Best Registered Massage Therapist from late 2020. Now I just need to find the right spot to hang it in my office.
