How is it already September?!

I'm just getting back into the swing of things around the office and will be returning calls and emails tomorrow!

I'm excited for the beginning of the School year and returning to a routine that involves more movement, education and helping my patients reach their goals!

I wanted to ensure that I give my amazing patients enough notice. I am fortunate enough to take off an entire month this year, and will be doing that for the month of August!

During this time I will be mostly unavailable. However my online booking site will remain active for you to change, reschedule or plan ahead for September to December.

I've opened my books from the remainder of the year for those that like to book ahead! The end of July is booking quickly and I anticipate that the beginning of September will be similar. As always I have a wait-list if there are times or dates you need as well.

I will continue to update as this time approaches, but I'm very excited for some quality time off!

✨One Year! It's officially been one year since I opened my doors at my home practice! ✨

I feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to take this leap, and am forever thankful to those that that have supported me through this time, whether you have been or continue to be a patient, helped lug furniture or patch drywall, I'm grateful in ways I struggle to express.

Here's to many more years!

I am so thankful for the opportunities that this year has provided me. From a professional and personal physical move as well as the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

I can only hope and work towards a better 2025, one filled with more love, more passion, more focus and more boundaries!
