On Thursday July 10th, St. Joseph's hosted their third annual Summer Farmer’s Market. Residents enjoyed browsing local vendors, shopping, and also taking some time to enjoy ice cream treats and a visit with some farm animals.

On July 1st, the Life Enrichment Team put on an amazing, knowledge filled event where residents were able to travel province to province to learn, share and enjoy some Canadian treats. From Nanaimo Bars to a cup of Tim Hortons- residents enjoyed the event and are still talking about it late in July!

We are proud to share that the Jarrell Family Foundation has made a transformational $250,000 gift to St. Joseph's Health Centre and Foundation Guelph in support of the Building Better Healthcare Campaign.

Their incredible generosity will help fund essential equipment and technologies to enhance rehab, dementia care, long-term care and complex medical services at St. Joseph's Health Centre Guelph.

The Jarrell family’s gift is supporting vital medical equipment, including one of the campaign’s most impactful investments: a new medication administration system, designed to improve accuracy and give care teams more time at the bedside.
