Congrats to my good friend and client Mateo Varela on competing in his first Physique competition in Ottawa last month. "It's not the trainer, it's the client." This guy did exactly what he was told to do and also did all the extra things outside of our time together to make sure he looked his best when he stepped on stage. Trust me you don't end up looking like that by luck, this guy put in the work! It was a pleasure to work with you and wishing you the very best in your future competitions!!
