Many people are on a spiritual path of healing.
I have noticed within myself that I use to seek a higher power or greater wisdom or something, always seeking. I have come to understand that when I go into nature and just sit and be with the environment in simplicity, without looking for anything or trying find something or to be in a certain composure, just breathing deeply into my belly is when I have my most beautiful moments in clarity, harmony and stability in my core. This is when I feel authentic true to my purpose as human, closer to the Mother and a deep wisdom from old and the true light.
