Belonging.... a beautiful idea, a longing and life changing as defined by moments in a life. Where in your life have you felt that you truly belonged? Was it in a group, in a situation or in a job/activity you were doing? We know we have found a belonging space in our lives when it all seems to click together. It is a beautiful feeling within which we carry with us. The invitation today is to look back at your life lived so far and find these moments where you felt belonging. What were you doing? with whom? Then, look at your current life and see what you are longing for. Be specific and start searching for it.

Day 17 of 21 day challenge for insights and wisdom from Spirit
I have always loved good books, especially historical novels as I enjoy learning about different cultures and time periods. I feel I can gather insights which relate to my life or find characters who have creative ways of solving problems they are faced with. I also love humour so if a character demonstrates strength, resilience amidst turmoil and has a sense of humour to boot, I am sold.

#1: Water Affirmation: a nudge from Spirit. Remember your own power, because how and what you speak to yourself will be held inside the energy of the water within you.

Day 16 of 21 day challenge for insights and wisdom from Spirit
Today the theme coming up is self confidence. We can be confident in many aspects of our lives and then feel at a loss in other parts. This sometimes surprises us when we get triggered by what we had thought had been healed. George, is a very tall indigenous man I channel and I can feel him stepping forth on this one as I write this description. Let's go in and see what he wants to share with us.
And George stepped in and asked us to practise showing up in our full selves and power. I was surprised as to why he said "selves" and not "self" and he explained that we, as humans, carry all of the selves from the past lives we have lived within our current self. This brings more power and presence to who we are and that we should stand tall with our selves as this is truly who we are at this moment in time. Wise words for us today. Day 15 of 21 day of insights and wisdom from Spirit
It's a multiple of 5 as Day 15 of 21 days !! Meditation time and Surfer Dude, who hails from NZ and Hawaii, is stepping forward to help us through the day. He brings us in the middle of the Pacific Ocean where we each sit in our own safety pods, next to each other in concentric circles. His message is for us to know that, as he asks us to look at the whole of the ocean, all parts of the oceans are welcomed and are truly important to the whole ocean. Without parts, there is no whole. It is a reminder that we, as human beings, are complex but each part of what makes us who we are, is as important as the whole and therefore, we should show up in our full power, in joy and grace.

14 in numerology is actually 4+1=5. A key characteristic of the number 5 is curiosity and the need for a variety of exciting experiences in order to feel fulfilled. It craves freedom and adventure and isn't afraid to let the wind carry it where it may. For the 5, life isn't about setting goals and making plans, it's about getting out there and experimenting. Anything that stirs the senses piques the 5's interest and it can't wait to partake in the experience.

Resilience: how we keep coming back to it so we may continue on our journey and keep showing up.
Resilience is a muscle we, as human beings, have come to depend on as we navigate difficulties but also in the moments where we feel momentum as we still need resilience to keep showing up for ourselves.

These are deep healing sessions with my attuned crystals, following a set protocol to ground and help you release what is no longer needed. Lastly, I offer Preseli Bluestone Healing treatments (same type of stones which built Stonehenge). This treatment enhances your intuition, balances the meridians and clarifies your thoughts as you are left energized and grounded.
Through channeling and with my oracle cards, I connect to Spirits and Guides who want to convey messages for you to start healing your own life and/or to clarify a situation. I also offer Intuitive House and Business Clearing through smudging (if permitted), crystal placement and sound vibrations (as needed). I also simply connect to Spirit and the energies of the space to clear what is stagnant and old and replace it with flow and light.
I am in business with my friend Sharon Vettoretto as we have created Our Healing Hearts products. These are tied dyed hearts which contain essential oil, and specially chosen crystals to soothe, alleviate stress, connect to Spirit and/or create abundance. 2020 projects: finish channeling and publishing my second book and my very own deck of Oracle Cards, using my amazing Healing Grid I was downloaded with, which uses crystals and a body scan to ascertain and balance your energies.
