The holiday season is always a time of high urgency and need for our patients. To help you get the care you need over the holidays, please consider the following.
- In the week before and after Christmas, we change our bookings to mainly same day/urgent appointments. These will open for online booking and phone booking the day of, so please continue to check day to day for available appointments.
- Respectfully we ask you to consider if your appointment need is urgent. To allow for online booking, we cannot screen how urgent your request is. Please do not take a spot for convenience, as these are truly needed to treat time sensitive complaints and spots are limited.
- Dr. Maclean will be away in the first week of January, so you may see a covering doctor.
- Please know our after hours clinic is available 5pm - 9pm Monday to Thursday and 10am -2pm Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, a doctor is on call 5pm-9am (24 hours on holidays) through the nursing line, all call be accessed at 1-888-308-5228 for patients of our clinic.
- Although it is busy, please know that we will always plan to see our patients in need and keep you healthy for the Holidays and beyond.
