Visiting hours at Morriston Park are set at 10 a.m. Mealtimes are not always a suitable time for the residents to have visitors, because we have such limited seating in our dining room. At times, you may wish to come and help feed your loved one, or you may wish to have a special meal with your loved one.

Today we want to take a moment to recognise and thank one of our incredible nurses; Kirandeep Kaur, for her quick thinking, professionalism, and compassion in saving a life.

In a moment that could have had a very different outcome, her calm response, clinical skill, and dedication made all the difference. This is a powerful reminder of the vital role nurses play every single day. Often going above and beyond without hesitation.

We are so proud to have such committed and courageous professionals as part of our team. Thank you all for everything you do to keep our residents safe and cared for.

Thank you to Jackie for a fun Valentine’s Day music celebration on Saturday! We had a blast celebrating a day of love. 🎶🎤

A special thank you to Amy, Tomboyz Landscaping, who frequently donates amazing flowers and centrepieces to our home. Amy made valentines centrepieces for the residents and bouquets for the staff in appreciation. Tomboyz Landscaping is a great option for beautiful floral arrangements, and they always do a fantastic job each season decorating our outdoors and indoors with beautiful plants. ❤️🌹💐

A heartfelt thank you to our fantastic FSM, Shraddha — a promise made is a promise kept. The Valentine’s Day meal was absolutely wonderful and brought so many smiles to our residents. We appreciate your hard work and commitment to making this occasion special.

Today was our first day of starting our new Music Therapy Sensory group.

We got to experience an hour of relaxing music that was catered to each resident!

One of our amazing resident’s daughters donated old phones and tablets along with headphones to make this program possible!
